This session is all about building your retention strategy by approaching motivation, appreciation, communication, and recognition intentionally.
Recognizing employees and their contributions keeps them motivated, happy, and invested in their jobs. Workplace recognition is every staff member’s responsibility and opportunity. The Recognition and Rewards Workshop focuses on how to build a workplace culture of recognition and how each staff member can contribute.

Less than five (5) business days before the course/day of the course: No refunds. No transfers of registration fee to a future course date.
Substitution of another member of your company/team is permitted up to the course start date for no additional fee.
Note: Unless otherwise stated, every person able to see, hear, and observe the virtual course sessions must be a paid participant. Non-compliance of this requirement will result in removal from the course. Refunds will not be issued to students who are removed from the course for non-compliance of this requirement.

She has built extensive experience in recruitment and selection, terminations, return to work, policy development, and performance management.
