NEW CCA1-2021 Info Session (Pre-Publication) | Canadian Construction Association (CCA)

Attend this special pre-publication session featuring insight from the authors of the NEW CCA 1 – 2021 contract document. You’ll receive an in-depth analysis of the new document, including how it will work with the new CCDC 2 “Ready-for-Takeover” milestone as well as other prime contracts that use Substantial Performance of the Work as the project milestone.

This will also showcase what to look out for before signing any subcontracts. Language of the new CCA 1 will be used throughout the training seminar to show examples of fair and equitable provisions. The presentation will end with a Q&A session where you bring your questions directly to the documents’ authors.

All registrants will receive a copy of CCA 1, which holds a retail value of over $50. Non-members can attend for a fee of $200 plus applicable taxes.
