2024 VICA Annual General Meeting

Time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Location: Gorge Pavilion, 1070 Tillicum Rd, Esquimalt, BC

The 2024 VICA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, November 14. At the AGM, VICA members will receive their 2024/25 Board of Directors.

There are four (4) Directors up for re-election and five (5) vacancies available; please consider standing for election. 

The deadline to nominate is Friday, October 11th at 4:00 PM.

As a Director, you will have the opportunity to:

  • give back to and strengthen your profession;
  • have input into matters that affect the construction community;
  • learn more about and contribute to the resolution of issues;
  • work with other members who care about the construction community;
  • work on an exceptionally well-functioning, effective board;
  • broaden your professional experience; and
  • be a leader in the construction community.

As per our constitution and bylaws, representatives of voting Industry Member companies may stand for election.

Voting will be conducted electronically via Election Runner, with the results of the election announced at the Annual General Meeting. The voting period will begin on October 16th and close on November 8th.

Your nomination must be submitted by 4:00 PM on October 11th, 2024.
