Our goal at the Vancouver Island Construction Association (VICA) is to support you, our members, in every way that we can. Whether you need help updating your member storefront, you require assistance registering for an event or course, or you have questions about member services, bid opportunities, or a specific industry issue, we’re here to help.
Membership Orientations
Are you new to VICA? Or have you been a member for years?
Either way, we offer one-on-one membership orientations at any time they are needed. This orientation includes a rundown of services offered by VICA, a brief overview of BidCentral and our Project Reports, and answers to any questions you may have!

BidCentral Training
BidCentral provides 24/7 on demand access to project opportunities where members can download specs and plans. Members may also receive bids from subcontractors using BidCentral Online for Subcontrators (BOBS). We offer different levels of member training and offer tips to help you be successful. One-on-one lessons are available by appointment.
