Her 15 years of experience in human resources includes specialized recruitment, employee relations, career transition and displacement; and training development and facilitation on subjects including workplace culture, leadership, skills for success, and emotional intelligence in the workplace. Diane supports employers and leaders in the construction and trades-related industries with resources and best practices for addressing challenging workplace behaviours, and creating and maintaining an inclusive workplace culture.
