Geared towards setting a solid foundation for people management, this in-person three-hour intensive training is designed to equip you with key HR skills.
You’ll walk away with practical, simple-to-implement, tried-and-tested tools and strategies to manage your people proactively. The HR Basics workshop is an interactive, fast-paced, practical session where you’ll gain essential tools and insights in the people management “nuts and bolts” from recruitment and performance management to communication and engagement.

Course Instructors
Jocelin has been a coach, recruiter, and facilitator for over 50 different local and international organizations and spent more than 20 years as a Human Resource and Program Management generalist. She has built extensive experience in recruitment and selection, terminations, return to work, policy development, and performance management.
