This 2 hour session is perfect whether you're completely new to AI or if you've already dabbled and want to enhance your skills. We focus on realistic ways ChatGPT can support your work, from organizing project information and managing communications, to creating training resources. You'll also learn how to get quick answers on technical questions specific to your field. You’ll gain foundational knowledge, dispel common AI myths, and see real-world applications that make tasks easier and faster—all in an easy, accessible introduction designed to get you comfortable with AI tools.

She holds a BCom in Entrepreneurship from UVic and brings 25 years of experience as a Learning & Development Specialist and Business Consultant. Through her consulting firm, Hufnagel Consulting, she supports small to medium-sized businesses, nonprofits, and Fortune 100 companies in optimizing operations, adopting new technologies, and training their teams.
