Workplace violence and harassment can have immediate and lasting effects on a person’s physical and mental health. It can result in physical injuries and emotional trauma to the victims, their friends and families, and their co-workers. 

Considering the effects of harassment and violence, we all need to contribute to a workplace culture that rejects all forms of workplace harassment and violence. Such a goal means that all workplace parties need to properly recognize incidents of violence and harassment and react appropriately to them.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

• Recognize incidents of workplace violence and harassment
• List typical elements of a workplace violence and harassment program
• Recognize factors that can contribute to workplace violence and harassment
• Suggest methods of controller workplace violence and harassment
• Outline procedures for reporting incidents of violence and harassment

• Self-paced e-learning course with video and interactive quizzes
• About 45 minutes of self-paced instruction
• Final Test: Your course completion certificate will not be released until you successfully complete the final test with an 80% passing grade. Three failed attempts on the final test will trigger a failed course. In order to continue you must repurchase the course and begin again.
